Our expanded show location will allow us to bring vendors from around the region.  We believe that vendors are one of the highlights of our show!  Wider aisles and more space will help make your shopping more convenient.  Check back on this page often as our list of vendors continues to grow.

Bittersweet Quilts – Bittersweet Quilts always endeavors to provide the highest quality fabric at a fair price in a friendly environment.  Donna and Raymond strive to teach, inspire and encourage their customers while passing on their knowledge and love of quilting.  Bittersweet is also bringing sewing machines for you to test drive.  Buying a machine from a local store means service, service, service – not “Do not return to the store” on the box.  Buying local means lessons and technical support.  You can find out more about Bittersweet’s classes, retreats and shop at bittersweet.com

Bob’s Furniture Bob’s Furniture offers a selection of original, handmade sewing machine cabinets, cutting tables, storage units, pressing tables and more.  All of his Bob’s furniture is designed especially for quilters!  All items are made to your custom order and specifications.

Claude’s Country Threads – Evelyn Hedges from Stover, MO will be vending at our show again this year.  Evelyn always brings a wonderful selection of fabrics, both yardage and fat quarters.  She will also have kits, patterns, buttons and jewelry.  Evelyn has the prettiest barn and church quilt patterns for hand embroidery.  The barns have barn quilt signs incorporated into the designs.  The church blocks are all lovely and bring back memories of those wonderful churches in the wildwood.  Her sewing themed necklaces are amazing and are a great gift idea for a sewing friend – and for yourself of course.

Crane POSH Studios – New this year, Ginger Crane will be bringing high quality skin care products to our show.  Ginger offers everything from hand creams to face masks.  After long hours of sewing we all deserve a little pampering!  Ginger also carries fun bath products to soothe away all our quilting cares.

Fabric Merchant – The Fabric Merchant from Joplin, MO is a friendly, inspirational destination for sewists, quilters and crafters.  They offer a wide range of merchandise, from rug hooking supplies and Aurafil threads to wools, books, patterns and much more.  They only carry the industry’s finest selection of fabrics, from designers and manufacturers such as Andover, Moda, Robert Kaufman, and Rowan Fabrics/ Westminister Fibers featuring Tula Pink and Kaffe Fassett.  Learn more at thefabricmerchant.com

Home a la Mode –  Karen Smisek is bringing Home a la Mode to our show for the first time!  Home a la Mode is a full service shop from Denison, TX.  In addition to fabrics, notions and patterns, Karen has a large selection of vintage kitchen and home decor items that really speak to the quilty heart.  Karen does fun demonstrations and has some excellent YouTube tutorials that can find at homealamode.com

Hidden Lane Retreat Center – New this year, guild member Nancy Kessler will be available to talk to you about Hidden Lane Retreat Center in Miami, OK.  The Center is a place to relax in a comfortable atmosphere and enjoy creating memories.  Nancy has a fabulous quilting and sewing workroom and can customize a stay option that works best for you.  Learn more at hiddenlanerc@gmail.com

Memory Lane Fabrics and Quilts Linda Tanksley from Berryville, AR will be bringing fabric, both yardage and fat quarters.  There will be something for everyone to add to their stash!

Overbrook Quilt Connection – New to our show this year, Amy and Kevin Safarik from Overbrook, KS will be bringing fabric, books, patterns and gifts – and Amy says, “Gadgets, gadgets, gadgets!” which she will be demonstrating during the show.  Overbrook has some of the cutest panels available along with the examples for using them.

Primitive Stitches – Melissa Towne from Warrensburg, MO will be offering kits, patterns, books and notions.  She will also have a selection of fabrics including fat quarters, wool felt and wool.  Melissa can be found at etsy.com/shop/primitivestitchesmo

The Quilter’s Patch Sharon Bozman and Louise Riley from the Quilter’s Patch will be coming to us from Edna, KS.  They will bring fabrics, notions, tea towels, patterns and kits.  The Quilter’s Patch has everything you need when inspiration strikes.

Sew Graceful Quilting – Owners Darlene and Debbie, along with Kay, will be joining us from Rogers, AR.  They always bring wonderful fabrics, Valdani thread, patterns, books, and a large selection of cotton and wool kits.  If you are interested in trying wool work or hand work for the first time or you are looking for a challenging project, the ladies from Sew Graceful can help you find exactly what you’re looking for.  Explore their website at sewgracefulquilting.com 

Sharpening Onsite of NWA – Don Bailey will be at the show to put a sharp edge on all of your sewing tools!  He will provide onsite sharpening of scissors for $6/each and pinking shears for $10/each.  Don also sharpens rotary blades for $2.50 each.  Blades will be collected during the show and returned to you by mail – for 10 or more blades there is no shipping charge, less than 10 blades will be charged a $4 shipping fee.  You can find Don on Facebook at Sharpening Onsite of NWA.

Thread Therapy – Rachel Gilbert is coming to the show from West Fork, AR.  She is bringing fabrics with a modern touch to get your imagination off and running.  She will have the patterns, notions and everything you will need to add Modern to your quilting techniques.

Turnberry Lane Jana Davidson will be returning to our show this summer.  She brings amazing original embroidery patterns for hand and machine embroidery, along with other needle crafting goodies.  See Jana’s website at Turnberrylanepatterns.com
